Subject:      create for cobol input

Although I have used NOMAD for a long time, I don't seem to remember how to  or
if it can do what I want.  I need to create a file that will be passed to
another programmer who will read it with a cobol program.  The want the sign
as an over punch. I can easy pass the data with a leading or trailing sign
but have been unable to output the data with an over punch.

any ideas???
