Donald DeCosta - The Update

After a short stint programming computer games for the Commodore-64 computer, I decided to follow an old girlfriend to Northern California.
I'd actually met Trisha when I was an Arlington freshman and she was an 8th
grader at Chemawa, we "dated" (in the barely-teen sense of the word)
for a short time until her family moved north shortly into Trisha's freshman
year at Ramona. I visited Trisha in 1982 and escorted her to her Senior Prom. I
was hooked! We were married in 1985 and our son, Brandon, was born in 1994.
We're sharing a wonderful life in the town of Benicia, about 30 minutes north of
San Francisco.
Since 1984 I've worked for a professional liability insurance company.
Currently I'm the Assistant Manager of Information Systems (A.K.A.
Head-Geek). It's been a fun ride, going from the introduction of the
original IBM PC in 1981 to the current wonders of the Internet. I don't
think those of us in Ms. Smith's computer class ever envisioned how widely
popular these computer things were going to become!
I can be reached at Don@DeCosta.com.
Looking forward to seeing you all in August!
