Steve Yates - The Update

After graduation, I attended Cal Poly Pomona and earned a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering. Fortunately, by the time I graduated the aerospace industry was severly depressed and I never worked in the field. I ended up in manufacturing and after 7 years as an engineer I became a department manager 6 years ago.

My wife, Heidi and I married in 1990 and we have 2 sons, Kyle is 8 and Patrick is 3, and a girl, Jacqueline due in November. Heidi voluteers as a catechist for the Catholic Church and also at Kyle school. I spend my free time as a Cub Scout den leader and pack committee chairman for Kyle's pack. I also like to do my own home improvements.
